We had two great waitresses. Both so so nice but the food took forever and the place was empty. I thought the food was actually pretty gross and very expensive for what it is. We won’t be going back.

This is the third time we have been to MacCools and each time we are there the staff is amazing and helpful. Even when they run out of something on the menu, the waitress was always able to recommend something. We can't wait for them to do the chicken cordon bleu again.
Worst customer service I have ever experienced. Big guy at the door needs to find a different kind of work preferably not working with the public. Maybe driving a garbage truck would suit him. Can’t say if the food is good or bad because we and several people walked. Will never go back there and would suggest other to do the same.
So amazing !! The staff is fantastic and the atmosphere is the best!! Definitely our go to place to feel at home!!!
I had seen them advertise brunch and came and loved the options! My food was delicious and the manager came and asked how everything was and chatted with me for a bit. So nice and will definitely come back!
