I have successfully closed on nine properties ro date and am speaking from experience when I tell you Matt Carlino is a poor excuse for a broker. Matt accepts listings for properties, received solicitations from interested parties, and then refuses to show the building and/or verify the building data until a price is agreed upon beforehand. Long overdue review; IMO find someone else to buy and sell your home, 'do your research' and find an agent who will actually tell you about the GE Dump!
