The best,iawesome, homemade ice cream sodas, and Vintage Store. Step back in time to the best and oldest ice cream parlor since 1928. The place that the famous hung out and still do. Food and Ice Cream out of this world. Owner is wonderful, great for events
Macalpine's is one of my favorite places. I absolutely love the chefs salad and the root beer floats. They have a great shop there too. I have bought some of the most unique decor items for my house.
They have the most amazing potato salad and its fun to shop while we wait for our food. Its a fun place for the kids. I have brought all my neices and newfews here and they love all the soda concoctions they can make. Not to mention the dirt sundae with gummi worms and the special banana splits.
MacAlpine's is my favorite place to eat! And shop! I love that such a cool place has so much to offer! It is so cliche, but it really does feel like you stepped back in time. I love the Reuben sandwich, clubhouse, sloppy Joe and potato salad. Every ice cream soda I have tried is amazing! They make the sodas from scratch and have a hundred flavors! I bought a gorgeous 1950's couch and my dining room table plus adorable vintage clothes from there. This is a one of a kind place worth the trip!
