Terrible accountant experience I've ever had. Estimate was off by more than a mile and no explanation as to why. They said the IRS was right that the refund due was less than what they estimated and not sure how you could be that wrong. Charged me $2000 for small business + personal tax which is the most I've ever been charged. I went with them because I thought they would be able to get me a signficant refund but they weren't and also aren't willing to AND they estimated everything wrong.
