update: they came and fixed my heater that was not working properly.
So let me start with this: Anthony is nothing less than 110% professional! I am beyond pleased and so thankful I ever called him. We live in a 2013 Deer Valley manufactured home. I just called to see if they would come out and work on my ac unit. This is the first time I have ever contacted this man. I have never been treated so poorly by a company in my life. As I was trying to explain what the unit was doing he basically accused me of lying. I tried to answer his questions to the best of my knowledge, but several of his questions were just past my very basic knowledge of the unit.
