I went to jade, Mac Acupuncture last Friday. I have never done acupuncture before so I was a bit nervous. How silly I was nervous for nothing. I sprained/rolled my ankle about 10 weeks ago. Oh my gosh it hurt so bad. I had been icing, wrapping, elevating, even using Arnica which helped a bit but had limited rotation and couldn't walk on it very well.
