avoid this company at all costs. i purchased a complete gate kit and had to return the electro-magnet it came with. i packaged it with padding, tightly taped and a hand written note. somehow it was damaged in transition and placed in a different box by shipping carrier. ***danaisy bravo - the returns person blamed the damage on me and used excessive profanity on the phone with me and told me off. if you want to be cussed out, blamed for damages you did not do and were out of your control (package was insured btw) - buy from ... read more
