You can trust them. Their service and mechanics are just superior. I highly recommend them. They gave me a great price and I have referred many people to Mac5.
Best bike store in the Rochester area Excellent, excellent, excellent! There's no other word. Bike tire repair immediately I stopped in one Sunday back in the spring hoping to get some help with my tire. The owner of the store stopped doing what he was working on (another repair, I believe) and helped me with my tire. He spent 5 - 10 minutes on my tire and fixed it. When I offered to pay for it he refused and just said please tell others about my store. Thank you.
