Horrible company!! Save yourself the headache!!! After paying almost 9 thousand dollars for a complete a/c unit and multiple call outs later at 50 dollars each my warranty doesn't cover a drain pan that rotted out due to my system not draining correctly over the last couple years. I was also called "stupid" by the owner because my pan was not covered by warranty even after they could not fix the drain issue over the years even though it has 3 more years of warranty.
