La renta es muy cara...y te la suben de 100 a100. Todos los años sin importar tu condicion economica o si ya eres un residente viejo...y el bill del agua siemprr es se 80 a 125...mensual....
Me gusta mucho porque es tranquilo y estan haciendo mejoras. Mantenimiento los llamas y te resulven rapido. Lo unico que no megusta es que. Hace poco los llegaron carta pq los nene juega a fuera creo que no se pueden dejar llevar por ciertas persona pq los niños tiene derecho de jugar se que hicieron un parque pequeño pero los grande abusan de los mas chiquito deberian de estar mas pendiente de eso y dejar que los mas pequeños juegue pq todo niño tiene derecho a jugar......

Their apartments are moldy.. The office personel suck.. Apartments SUCK... DONT DO IT.. MY SON ALMOST DIED FROM THIS MOLD.. was addmitted to the hospital for 3 weeks with asthma attack... HAVE A LAW SUIT RIGHT NOW!!! ... I have pictures of all the mold in my sons room.. They refused to do anything about it.. Till this day apartment is full of mold and wont even switch apartments.. Told me put bleach on it.. Refuse to let me break my lease and tryi g to evict me because i moved and can afford 2 rents.. Yea my lawyer is ready.... read more
