DO NOT, I repeat, DO NOT do any business with this contractor! Kevin Mabrey/Mabrey Contracting Company is unethical, a thief and a scam artist. The "contract" you sign, the "license" he lists, the address he uses....they are all fake. He starts the work and then disappears. Since his "credentials" are fake, AND if if starts the work....he virtually cannot be arrested or prosecuted. Tried the courts to get my money back...bad address. Court needs true address to file papers. Tried reporting him/his company to the State licens... read more
This is a SCAM!! Kevin Mabrey went to check my A/C and told me i need refrigerant but it was full, he turned & reversed the O/B switch and told my tenant don't use it. He took 500.00 from me and told me he will buy & replace my water heater tank and fix my A/C. after that, he said his worker has a car wreck and his mother in law was in the hospital. I ended up to hire a pro A/C company to fix it and only cost me 175.00, which Kevin wanted to charge 225.00. Big AH.
