Repairs done quickly. Maintenance lives on the property so when I had a serious plumbing problem and the office was closed I got him to fix the problem immediately. I have lived here over 5yrs.
I lived there for 2 years and they never fixed anything fast. I lived in a three bedroom basement apt and the apt the apt upstairs had a flood in there kitchen and it took me 2 hours(mind you I had to go find the manager)to get told to go knock on there door upstairs to find out what was leaking.And then i ended up cleaning the water up myself the people had moved out and left the water on. And my washer did not drain right so they they just ran a drain out of my back door trough the door outside and never fixed it in 2 year... read more
They are friendly, family oriented apartments. The management is great, maintenance is fast and good. You will love to live here.
