During the exam, the physician provided information about the status of a condition -- I had stated during the pre-exam exchange that I did not know if a medication I was taking was having any effect -- the physician answered that question, even though the issue was raised much earlier in the exam.
Dr Roberts is a great doctor. I have had good experiences with her & her office over the 10 years. I feel genuinely cared for.

Dr. Mable Roberts is not only a highly qualified physician who engages in the new medical practices, she shares this information with her patients in language that they would understand. When she has concerns for a health issue she is calm discussing the presenting problem in a manner that lowers the potential for the patient's fears. She is accepting of others, views each patient as an individual, and her laughter is an extra, "gift."
I felt like I was rushed through my entire appointment. I tried to speak up and voice concerns but it was such a whirlwind experience and I left feeling only half listened to.
