Same company so guilty by association. Do not ever ever ever rent from Mabeys. I rented several times from Ballston Spa one but this last time they giving me attitude on refunding $155 due me. Do not ever rent from them!!! They stealing my money and giving me attitude on oh we prorate when you move-in but we keep the full month when you move out. They need to go out of business.
