Pizza was great, service was great, will definitely go back again
This place has some of the best pizza around, and has been a Decorah hotspot for generations. They suffer terribly from consistency though, you could order the same pizza 5 times on different days, and you'll get 5 very different looking pizzas. Some far worse than others. As much as I love the pizza, the consistency problems don't make it a "must-have" when I'm craving for pizza.
LOVE Mabes Pizza!!! Awesome chicken too. We always order extra to have some the next day for lunch.
Just driving thru decorah and found this great pizza 🍕 place. Service was good. Pizza was very good. The price is more than fair. I would highly recommend you give it a shot. Great 👍 job Blake.
Stopped in for lunch. Started off with some onion rings, they were a bit soggy but tasty. Had a sausage pepperoni pizza that was excellent. Nice thin crust, great sauce and just the right amount of seasoning. We ended up sharing a bacon cheeseburger. We asked the waitress to have them cut it in half, but they served it on 2 separate plates, each with fries and pickle slices. The burger was perfect. Great little place, worth a visit for some great comfort food!
