Staff was very good. Polite and knowledgeable.
I doubt if a wheelchair bound person could get into the old, dirty building which must have been designed and built before much thought went into handicap use. The front, common waiting room has original carpeting that is worn smooth and past due for a good cleaning, a large fish tank with 4-5 ugly fish which fit perfectly the rest of the old waiting room you might spend an hour waiting in before being ushered into an exam room for another 30 minute wait. Being a physician, I was looking for a dermatologist who was knowledgeable, skilled, personable and could communicate effectively. I had the luxury of being able to check around the medical community to get input, and found that Dr. Maberry came highly recommended. He did a Mohs surgery on my wife for BCC, and has treated me as well for skin cancer. I would recommend him without reservation.
It took 3 weeks to get an appt, between unanswered calls and claiming they hadn't received the referral. Appt was 5 weeks away; 2 business days before it they called and said they didn't take my insurance. Doctor is fine, staff is beyond incompetent. Oh well, it's only a skin cancer :(
