GREAT SERVICES THE BEST PEOPLE EVER. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP
They have been out twice and we are still having trouble with this unit they replaced less than a year ago. However, we use them for all our rental properties and never had an experience like this, so hopefully it is just a fluke.
Called one afternoon for service on a mini-split system and the technician was there the next day. Scotty was very thorough in diagnosing our problem. Part was ordered and we are up and running again. We know who to call in the future!
Can't say enough good about these guys. Every single person I've dealt with from the lady that answers the phone to the guys that show up have been professional, knowledgeable, and very easy going. We will continue to use them, and would have no problem at all recommending them to others.
