I was scheduled for 11AM. I was even rushing to make sure I got there on time. When I got there Mabell was not there. Her colleague called her to let her know I was there for my appointment and I can literally hear her on the phone saying to tell me she will be here "in a few minutes". At 11:30AM I was told to wait 10 more minutes. Finally at around 11:47am Mabell calls her colleague to tell her that she will be here in ONE HOUR. I’ve been getting my hair done by her for several years and recently I wanted a curly perm to loosen up my tight coils. The first time she did it it was around June / July 2024 and that turned out great she said that my hair would have to be redone once it grows out in about 3-6months I opted to wait the longest period namely six month.
