I’ve been getting my hair done by her for several years and recently I wanted a curly perm to loosen up my tight coils. The first time she did it it was around June / July 2024 and that turned out great she said that my hair would have to be redone once it grows out in about 3-6months I opted to wait the longest period namely six month. One of the best hair washes by the owner I have had in my life. That is where the good ends. When her apprentice took over washing, she acted like she was afraid to touch my scalp, and did NOT leave the conditioner on for even 10 minutes, when I was paying for a deep condition. And kept popping an attitude. Then I catch her making larger sizes going up my head, and ask her/remind her to make them smaller. I told her she could do twists or braids.
