What a disservice. Unprofessional. I “specifically” explained and showed 4 pictures. Three of those photos were of ME —my hair. I wanted the same cut again. She clearly didn’t listen, didn’t care, can’t see or isn’t properly trained. My hair was long -almost all one length so she had a blank canvas to work from. Hard to mess up.
