Horrible Service. I walked in and was met by a braided. I told her I wanted passion twists and that I brought my own hair. I then asked how much the service would cost, she didn’t answer. My hair is thick and fine. Braider proceeded to add globs of braiding gel to my hair. i asked for large parts to help with the braids to make sure they would stay in. I got my hair braided here last night. They braid FAST, neat, and efficient. I got there around close to 5pm for box braids and left at 11pm. WOW. Very sweet ladies with a great sense a humor as well. I do recommend this shop.

I recently had a fantastic experience and wanted to highlight a few details that made my visit memorable. First, the professionalism and punctuality of the staff were outstanding. The stylist who assisted me was knowledgeable and provided high-quality service. I hate that I wasted my money here. This place was the most convenient place at the time, but next time I know better. I went in for a Re-twist, and within a couple hours, they all ALL came loose. I told them I had a set price that I could spend, and "shockily" the re-twist cost exactly how much I said I could spend. Now, I know good and dag on well, no Re-twist cost $120, I've never heard of such a thing. They don't have to worry about me EVER COMING BACK because everything about my experience SUCKED!!
