The booking process (non refundable advanced fee) and time leading to the date (10 days away first available spots) is full with texting (you have the option to opt out), and during my visit occupancy was 60ish %. The staff is in auto mode parading and automatically describing things. The menu I tasted (Aug 2025) was a vegetarian creation that was not really tasty, just different to common combinations like popcorn garnishing a sweet corn soup. An experience. Amazing and creative food..went there for our 13th anniversary and did their vegan tasting menu. One of the best meals of our lives and we're not even vegan
My wife and I went for Vegan month and OMG, THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!! Some of the best food I have ever had. The service was phenomenal and our server was so knowledgeable on the food and drinks. The 7 course meal was varied in style and flavor and each course was incredible. Still dreaming of the plum tart dessert... :D
