I stayed here for a workshop. The food is all homemade and spectacular, not gourmet but heart healthy and delicious. They really pay attention to your dietary requirements. The rooms are nicely appointed. The place I stayed was dark with lots of spiders. I’m not fond of them and wished my room was cleaner. The beds were always freshly made with fresh towels for the bathroom. I found the vacuum and used it in our space. Nothing comes close to the experience of staying in this home of Tony and Mable Dodge Luhan. We have always had a wonderful welcome and stay here. Each room has its own personality.
Didn't stay at the lodge, just took a tour of the interior. Amazing history there.
This feels like a home away from home. The staff is wonderful and feed you amazing breakfasts every day. There's so much history in the house, you can't escape it. Limited internet and no tv which is GREAT if you need to disconnect.
