I brought in my Omega for battery service. Yubi was able to assist me right away and complete the battery replacement in about 15 minutes. Naturally, this timeline may vary based on store traffic and other projects. That said, everyone was extremely pleasant, professional and customer service oriented. I would recommend calling the store ahead of time to ensure that they can accommodate you.

Very professional and fast service. I had a battery replaced for 2 watches and the wait was only 10 minutes. Battery purchase included 1 year warranty.
