I went to Maaz to have my grandmother's ring resized, and they were incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. This wasn't a ring I purchased there. They provided an estimate of cost for the resizing (and complimentary cleaning) prior to me agreeing to moving forward with the service. I brought in my Omega for battery service. Yubi was able to assist me right away and complete the battery replacement in about 15 minutes. Naturally, this timeline may vary based on store traffic and other projects. That said, everyone was extremely pleasant, professional and customer service oriented. I would recommend calling the store ahead of time to ensure that they can accommodate you.
