Really happy with the efforts from all staff in regards to the management of our properties in comparison to previous organisations we have dealt with.
Thanks Maax Group and specifically "Lisa Said" for helping us rent out our property. Your assistance has been nothing but fabulous. Lisa's conduct has been extremely professional. She was in constant communication with us when we engaged Maax group to let our property and helped us rent out our property to a great tenant in a very short time frame. Cant be happier.
NEVER recommend this agency to anyone. Unprofessional at all costs. Lisa the senior property manager breached our personal information to deal with a personal matter. She gave her friend our private information to which she turned up at our place acting like a crazy old lady the day we were leaving our rented property. I was living in a rented accommodation in which 4 to 5 real estate agents has changed, then finally "Maax group" has been appointed as our new agent and they appointed "Lisa Said" as our property manager, She is very very responsive for all queries/issues which we have during our stay, The way she manage the things is remarkable because property has lots of known issues. I will only say "keep it up Guys", you are doing a very good job.
