Kris Maas is advertising properties she is no longer managing, so she can pocket application fees..... she has withheld tenants rent from owners .... she has been fired and refuses to transfer security deposits to new management.... she is guilty of fraud ..... avoid her at all cost ..... no one deserves to be taken advantage of, and she is the worse kind of scum there possibly is ....

1 star is too generous for Kris Maas. Please do yourself a favor and do not deal with this woman she is a scammer big time. She just tried scamming our family telling us we had to pay rent for the new lease during our 30 day notice to our current landlord. Are you kidding me???? Seriously???? Her motive is to pocket this extra money. Why would anyone do this, Great Falls is a very small town, and honestly I’m surprised she is still in business. One star is too generous. Kris Maas has been managing my house in Great Falls for eight years, and it is a decision I truly regret. For the first year she seemed to do her job, but as each month and year passed by, she was increasingly worse to work with. She never returns your calls, and IF she decides to text you back, it's days later with a short and rude reply. Forget about getting your rent payment in a timely manner. She will give you every excuse she can to justify why it's late yet again; it must have gotten lost... read more

Kris Maas is a crook. BEWARE! I wish I didn't have to give her even one star. This woman owes my mother-in-law several thousand dollars. Her communication is unprofessional, at best, if she even responds. When inquiring about money owed, Kris has a whole bag of lies...the check was lost in the mail, the renter paid late, etc. She even went as far as to send a ripped up, damaged envelope in the mail claiming the money was lost. We have had to involve a lawyer and she has also not responded to any of his correspondence.... read more

Trying to get into a place of hers recently, havent lived there yet and already im having problems, THE SAME problems, getting a hold of her like all these other people are? Nope, I'm not moving in. Way too suspicious.
