Very friendly staff, but...they double book appointments, which I find very disappointing. We had an appointment for 9:00. Dr Flemke was 15 minutes late getting in and there was another client who also had a 9:00 appointment whom he took at 9:20. So he started his day more than 20 minutes late. That would have made us, the 2nd 9:00 appointment, about 45 minutes late. This is just rude behavior. No apologies. No follow up. I guess they have enough clients where they feel like than can treat people with such disregard.
