Overall, my experience with Maam Exams has been very positive, and this low rating is based solely on my experience with the billing department. Lyndsey is an excellent provider, and I was genuinely disappointed that I could not continue care there. I’ve been a patient of MAAM exams for roughly 8 years and I found my experience with them incredible in the beginning. The space and staff were always inviting and my provider showed true care for my concerns and questions, my appointments never felt rushed. This has drastically changed since they have moved locations. My most recent appointments since then have felt incredibly rushed and void of any type of true care or connection with myself as a patient. Coming on here and seeing the reviews has validated the way I feel about the change in office. HealthyU buying them over was the worse thing for this company and I will never go back and tell everyone I know to NEVER come here.

I called this morning to see what time the lady that draws blood leaves. They said as long as I was there by 3:45 I would be good. I fasted and left work early to make it on time. When I got there they told me that the lady leaves at 3 and wasn’t there. Every single time I have gone there is something that they mess up. This one was the last straw.
