I had a nasty scratch and dent on the hood of my Jeep Wrangler. I brought it in for an estimate and was pleasantly surprised at my initial estimate that Ali provided, which was the best price quote I got after visiting a few shops. The repair was done quickly and at the lower end of the price range that I was provided. I had an agreement with Ali to repair my car based on an estimate we settled on about a month ago. Two weeks ago, I called him to confirm I’d drop off the car on Saturday and asked if it could be ready by the following Saturday. He assured me it would.
