I went in to get the chipped paint on my hood fixed. I didn't want it to spread or get worse. They gave me an estimate. I brought it in on 5/24/23. They said it should be done by Friday (5/26/23) and they'd call me-I never got a call or any update. I then went the entire 3 day weekend without my car. I then waited until mid day Tuesday (5/29/23) and then I called them asking when my car would be ready. They said they were waiting on the JEEP emblem and it would be done soon. I have used MAACO three times in the past years to have rust repair and painting done on my cars. Excellent work was done each time. The most recent time the Richfield Maaco was the only auto body shop that would even look at my car for a rust repair because it was for a 1996 Seville Cadillac. It is a very well kept 1996. Kirstin was happy to do an estimate for me and take on the work and Mike the body technician did plus 10 work on my car. Where all other shops wouldn’t do this work for me Maaco did. Worst shop I've ever worked with will not take responsibility for mistakes at all go anywhere else
