Outstanding customer service from Hector and Jessica at this location. Getting in a fender bender is never a pleasant experience, but taking your vehicle to the Maaco on Harbor in Costa Mesa is quite the opposite. Very professional and they produced extremely high quality work that I felt was above and beyond what was required of them. I couldn't recommend more. As an added bonus, there also happens to be an Enterprise location about a 1-2 minute walk away for your convenience.
I recently had my rear bumper replaced at this auto body shop, and let me tell you that I have 0 complaints. All their staff is fabulous! Very cordial and experienced. Their service is top-notch, and they are very transparent regarding the work needed on your vehicle. And most importantly, their prizes are amazing! I brought my SUV to Maaco to get an estimate—having owned my SUV for almost 12 years, the paint on top and the side of my vehicle started to fade. The end result of the paint is excellent—it matched the original paint. I am really happy.
