I had an excellent experience with this body shop from start to finish. I dropped my car off the same day I received the quote, which was already a huge plus. They began working on my car on Monday and provided a clear update later that day, letting me know when work started and what the next steps would be. On Tuesday, they called to let me know the paint job was completed and would be dry by 4 PM, exactly as promised. Exceptional service. Fast, thorough, affordable. Gabriel in particular is a highlight. Made the whole process super easy and couldn’t have been nicer. While I hope I won’t need to go back anytime soon, if and when I do, I won’t hesitate.
I had a very disappointing experience with Joe and Terell Barnes. I brought my vehicle in for repairs, and shortly after leaving, the engine stopped working. The owner acknowledged my concerns, and I informed them that I would be pursuing legal action. I have since filed a claim through the courts. The franchise owner, Pete Smith, has also been reported. Based on my experience, I would not recommend bringing your car here. Please be sure to read the negative reviews, many describe similar issues.
