Nicest shop in Northwest Houston – This shop is probably one of the nicest around, my wife have had 3 insurance claims done at this shop and every time it was super easy and the work is great. I just picked up my Lexus, this is the 2nd time for them to work to on this car and it was a great experience again. It's nice dealing with the professionals.

reliable place for females to take their cars – I am single female who brought my Explorer in to be painted and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was nice to find a body shop that I felt comfortable going to on my own and it had clean bathrooms and a welcoming office. My Explorer was a 2001 and I was having it painted because I wanted to sell it. Better service than the dealer – I was rear-ended in my pearl Lexus SUV and originally I took it to the Lexus dealership to be repaired but they did a terrible job and my new pearl bumper did not match the rest of the car. I took it to Maaco to see if they could correct the problem and they matched my bumper perfectly to the rest of the car and you would never know it has been in an accident. Took my keys and lied to my Face – This shop took my keys and lied to my face. I left my vehicle with a sales agent and signed agreeing to do the paint job at the Maaco advertised price. A day later I received a call asking for a lot more money. They said they didn't even touch my vehicle yet and it was going to be more expensive. fixed my stang – I took my 66 mustang to another shop and after a few months they barley did anything to my car. They other shop primed over a bunch of bad bodywork and I finally just picked it up. I called Kevin at Maaco, (he painted a couple cars for me before) and he said he would take care of it, he even let me choose a custom color for no extra charge. Racist and Rude – I saved up for months to have my car painted. I choose a specific color to have it changed to. I had to call to find out my car was done and when I saw it I was very upset. It was the wrong color. The manager Kevin gave me 2 options. Pay and take the car or shut up and leave until I decide I want that color I did not choose. Beware! Paint is trash at this location. – Ive seen cars painted at Maaco in the past, and they were very clean and bump free. I figured because Maaco is a chain they were all the same. NO. When I picked up my car there were little bumps all over it. The car also had dimple looking things on the surfaces. AWESOME AND QUICK SERVICE – My daughter had a wreck while at school so we had to repair two cars. Maaco not only gave us the best price, but also offered a multi-car discount! The work was great, you can't even tell it was damaged before. The parents of the boy's car my daughter crashed are also very satisfied! I recommend them to anybody who needs ANYTHING done to their car. Check them out and you won't be disappointed.
