Brought my wife’s car to get a scrap fixed. They assured me it would be an easy fix and we’d have the car back in at most 2 days. They had to order a part so we waited to bring the car in until the part was in. The part was a fender flare and it was advised to be replaced if it had to come off. I took my car here for an antenna repair. They quoted $500, but called 3 days later and said “oh, we quoted you wrong it will be $1100. We could close it up and you could take it somewhere else, but you would still need to pay the $500.” So of course I left it there. I pick it up, and while the issue was fixed, the headliner now has scratches and oil marks on it that I couldn’t get out. Really guys?
