I was pleased with the service, and the turn around time
My 78 yr old brother needed damage repaired on his vehicle which has his mobility lift on it. They required payment for the fender in advance and said it would be 7-10 days. When we called to verify the status on day 8 he was told they didn't have the part yet and it would be 7-10 days after they had the part. When we tried to pick up the vehicle they refused to release it so my brother called the police. The police were told if my brother came in the shop again they wanted him escorted out. I got my truck painted with Maaco about a month ago. I was excited for the paint job and it turned out as amazing as I thought it would. Great prices and excellent communication as the process goes on. They even washed and detailed it at the end to add that extra sparkle! Overall great experience and would absolutely bring another car to them!!
The absolute worst painting experience. Yes I should have read the reviews before I scheduled but went with a word of mouth referral. Devon the manager and painters have no clue what they are doing. Brought in my son's 1992 f150 for a paint job and light body work. I say light as it was a few scratches and dings. As we walked around identifying areas I was repeatedly told " we will take care of it". It was not taken care of. Had to bring the truck back for touch up work as they had did a sloppy job of taping.
