I had a rust spot on my car and I got several quotes to fix it. Maaco was a reasonable price and they did an excellent repair job. I would recommend Maaco to anyone who needs a paint job. They went above that job and touched up other small scratches. I was very pleased.
I'm so disgusted by the non professionalism that I received at the schereville Maaco location. I was told that I would receive ("Show room") quality work on my car. However it turned into 5 weeks of expensive rework. The manager AD was intolerable when it came to me explaining what needed to be redone after they messed it up. I want to share my wonderful experience for at this car repair facility. I had recently developed scratches at the back of bumper of my new vehicle. The customer service here was very approachable, reasonably priced and with the ability to have my vehicle repaired to "brand new appearance" in just a few days. I would highly recommend this facility to everyone.
