Summary: They lack cranftmanship, attention to detail, and will likely ruin your car. However, friendly representatives. I took my vehicle to them primarily to fix a scratch on my front bumper. I went to bring my Mazda in for a paint job. The paint was well done & they patched a rust hole for a additional $150. But when I received my car back. My roof rack was missing top caps.and some pieces were put back on. so I had to send photos of the damage. They said they’ll order the damage parts, i still hope they do. Wrong type of color. Too much defect. Paint the whole car in different pattern. Didn't use different color for different parts. Just paint the whole thing in same color. Takes apart a lot of parts but never put them back. Broke a tons of electronic wire and cause a electronic havoc. Even burn the fuse. Didn't even clean the car after painting. Leaving mud footprint inside. This is one of few 1 star reviews I given out. This place is just so terrifying.
My experience with this facility has been nothing but Old school customer service, many readers may not be old enough to remember when the “customer was always right”, today that seems like a concept relegated to the past century but this MAACO location is really understanding that concept and comes through not simply by listening but also performing and recommending in the best interests of the customer. As a birthday present for my wife, our 2008 Toyota Solara Convertible was changed from White to Absolute Red. The preparatory body work repairing the many nicks, scuffs, dents, and scrapes was superb. The paint job was excellent and complete including the door jambs, inside the trunk and hood.
