Manager seems to never be there and he’s the only person at the shop that can order and receive parts. Ordered a part that was supposed to come in the next day and it’s been almost a week with no clear understanding of what’s happening. They also never answer the phone.
Job took longer than expected, but the manager did go out his way to make it right. They did a good job on the service performed.
The vehicle was in bad shape and when I came to get it, it was like a brand new car. My Goddaughter was ecstatic! Roland, You Rock!
