Took a week to get an estimate. Never got the emails. Then when I call back for the third time they act surprised and say they’re still working on it. Underwhelming. Amateur.
They completely revived my honda odyssey. Very well done. Also, shoutout to Luis who made my checkout experience wonderful.
good service; some delay on scheduled pick up requiring extraction to pick up was bit frustrating. windshield had some fine paint overspray remaining which despite trying to remove with alcohol is still problematic
Amanda at the front desk is so kind and helped me every step of the way throughout my estimate appointment and drop off of my vehicle! I took my car to 3 different shops where they were all quoting me $3,000+ before choosing Maaco, she was the only person who listened to me intently and made me feel heard when describing my price range.
