I was the recipient of my first fender bender. I had heard a lot of horror stories about repair shops as I went in for 3 different quotes. Maaco PDX was my last stop , and I knew within 10 minutes that I was in good hands. Mark and Joe walked me out to my car, did the inspection asked a few questions and gave me a quote quite a bit lower than the other two. The people at this Maaco were so helpful. When the one closest to me closed down they took the time to continue my service and get my car in very quickly. They did a great job on my car and even cleaned the inside! Thank you so much!
I was thoroughly impressed with the entire process when we finally decided to get our older Toyota minivan repainted. It was starting to peel on the roof and sides and was spreading quickly due to age and time in the sun....From original estimate to finished product no disappointments. Maaco repainted our entire van, fixed a small rust spot, repaired small rock chips on the hood, repainted roof rack and repainted back step bumper. All for a very reasonable price. Great job, our car looks like new! Professional and timely. Watch out for the point of sale fee though, plan to pay with cash to avoid it.
