After a few months of living here, I’ve had a very positive experience. I chose a corner one-bedroom on the third floor, and the layout is both functional and spacious perfect for my needs. The view is excellent, and the large windows in the corner unit provide great natural light, which is a big plus for anyone apartment hunting. The community is quiet and well-maintained. Been living in this complex for 3.5 years. The entire office staff is friendly, helpful, and are quick to resolve any issues as they infrequently arise. Includes Collin, Jade, Dianna and Crystal. The maintenance crew is always fast to respond to requests and keep the complex looking great. The pool is a great spot for the hot summers with tons of chairs, outdoor activities and grills. Dianna and Crystal plan fun monthly events that are family and pet friendly.
After looking at over a dozen options for apartments in the north Austin area, MAA Windmill Hill was a stand out for me in not only the space but the affordability. The leasing office team is always friendly and kind, the amenities and grounds are well maintained and the maintenance team has been on top of any request I have made. I couldn't recommend this complex more and am glad to call it home.
