I believe either JB or JD was my maintenance man a couple hours ago & I just wanted to tell ya’ll how great he was! First wanted to start by saying the response time to my request was super fast — I literally put it in this morning & he came & fixed my issue same day. When he showed up my crybaby dog was whining obnoxiously because of her anxiety, & with all the movement of my couches being delivered at the same time; he proceeded to talk to her to calm her down as he would for his own fur baby which made me super happy. Been in a 1 bedroom for about 9 months and the place is great. The staff is super friendly and the app makes it very convenient to access everything. I put in a maintenance request one time and it was completed same day.
Nicholas is by far the best maintenance guy I've had. He is very knowledgeable and thorough with the repairs that I needed. He also cleaned up his area when he was done. Great personality and attitude. I am very pleased with his work.
