Fantastic property and management team. Two years in and zero issues. Quiet spot, beautiful unit, pool, events, gym and surrounding area.
We have had a wonderful experience living here. Every employee is very kind and quick to help. The office staff also sends out birthday cards. A small, special acknowledgment. Maintenance orders are fulfilled quickly and there is great regular upkeep (air filters, power washing, etc). There are also many wonderful community programs and food trucks! The property is very clean with great amenities. We have nothing but satisfaction and feel valued as tenants.
Crystal has been amazing to work with from the first call, to signing the lease. She’s been attentive, understanding, and works extremely quick. That’s exactly the kind of person you want to work with when you’re moving from out of state! Thank you so much, and we will see Windmill Hill in a few weeks in our new apartment!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience living in this apartment complex. The apartment itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and incredibly comfortable, with a bright, welcoming layout and modern amenities that are exceptionally well maintained. The management team is friendly, responsive, and truly care about residents, esp Crystal - our leasing consultant - was very helpful throughout our stay.
