I’ve been living here since last August and have had a really great experience overall. The leasing office, especially Dianna, were incredibly kind, helpful, and supportive throughout the entire move-in process. I also think the complex is very affordable. My rent is only about $100 more (i do have a pet) than the base rent, and I do pay water and internet separately. Living here was such an amazing experience!! I lived here for 2 years and never had any issues. Jade was amazing from the moment I toured the apartment to the day I moved out. Maintenance was always super quick and super nice! We had ant problems every now and then and pest control would come the day after a request was sent. The property itself is so well kept and maintained.
