JB came in and took care of business. Did 100percent excellent work
Trash piles outside of the bin, anytime past nine or 10 pm there will be no parking spaces so you end up parking two or three buildings down and the only options available is too get a car port. Even though they’ve had prior issues with the previous tenant and upstairs neighbor noise, they put a brand new renter in the same situation. Also had to opt out of any mailing options and canceled my mail box services because you have to go through a third-party to just get it unlocked.
Great work by the new maintenence guys.
