recently moved to MAA and so far my experience has been excellent. The staff is very friendly and professional, always willing to help. Special thanks to Crystal Horner. The property is clean, well maintained, and the atmosphere is peaceful. My apartment was in very good condition when I moved in. Overall, I am very satisfied with my decision and would definitely recommend it.!!!!!!
Clean community, great amenities, and friendly staff.
A new resident myself but love the place,the amenities, and especially the location.Honestly,when I first pulled up to the place it looked like it was out of my price range I'm a warehouse worker in Amazon in nearby Pflugerville. But surprisingly, after my tour appointment with Crystal,I was surprised to find the rents were pretty affordable,$1200 for a one bedroom.I like the fact that they have a washer and dryer inside the place so I don't have to leave my apartment to do laundry,nor save up quarters or go out in town to a... read more
I absolutely love this community! I am new to Texas and I have had my eye on this community since 2022. The staff is attentive and Dianna has gone above & beyond to make me feel welcomed to the community. I would highly recommend this community. I just renewed my lease and I’m looking forward to continuing to call this community my home. Be sure to ask for Dianna when you come in she is amazing.
I have had a fantastic experience living at MAA Windmill Hill for the past one year. The management team is professional, and the transition into the apartment was incredibly smooth. The location in Georgetown is perfect—it’s tucked away enough to be quiet and peaceful, but close enough to I-35 for a quick commute and easy access to go to work. The environment here is lovely and well-kept, on top of the Rabbit Hill, the view is beautiful, making it a relaxing place to call home.
