Application/Orientation was great. However, when I checked into my apartment, the internals on the toilet were broken and the toilet did not flush. Dust had been painted over. Floors needed to be swept and mopped upon arrival. Multiple floor misalignments/missing piece. Kitchen drawer broken. Dishwasher also does not work upon arrival.
Wow. Dakota worked so hard for and with me. He was amazing, in helping me get my apartment. MAA Town Park is a great place to live. If you're looking for a nice apartment with incredible staff, I highly recommend speaking with Dakota, and he will go above and beyond to assist you!

I want to take a moment to sincerely thank Peter from the maintenance team at Town Park Apartments. He responded to my request about the Lights at night and fixed the issue incredibly quickly, handling everything with efficiency and professionalism. Thanks to Peter, I feel much safer at night. His efforts make living at Town Park Apartments a much better experience. Thank you again for the excellent service!
07/29/25.. I filed a work order for an electrical issue in my kitchen on Sunday 07/27/25. This is a follow-up comment regarding maintenance performed my apartment today at 1115 Oak Springs Place.. by Max at the request of maintenance manager Pedro / Peter. As usual it was timely, completed extremely well the first time.. with professionalism and kindness that I have experienced over the last 13 years with repairs performed by him. Five stars...
