This rating is NOT for this complex but for one specific individual. Hector, who works in maintenance, was spectacular. We have been having issues with our a/c for the last 3 days. Leaving us with a hot and humid home in the florida weather. We have had other maintenance workers in our apartment 3 separate times for this issue but it was not fixed until Hector came. Very helpful & caring employee's that run this office, Dawn and Michelle are great!!
Been living here for almost two years. Never once had an issue and any issues that we had we're handled expeditiously. Last night we had a draining problem and Juan came after hours and fixed the sink in about 10 minutes was fantastic. Edit. Still love this place but the "upgraded"dog park that recently opened up is wack. Much less room for the dogs to run.
