I've lived in MAA Town Park for 17 years. That should be enough of a recommendation. It is kid and pet friendly. The environment is peaceful and relaxing. The maintenance team is excellent, always helping where they can. The current front office team is the best Town Park has had. The manager and assistant manager are very responsive. When they say something, it happens just the way they say it. MAA Town Park is my home, now and in the foreseeable future.
My husband and I have lived here several years. We’ve been very happy with the apartment and the property itself. Wanted to give an extra shout out to Assistant Manager Michelle Dailey, who is always very responsive and helpful. Max Torres in maintenance is also a gem!
I have been living with MAA town park for quite some time now (close to a decade), and have not had many issues with the services here in all my years (and the issues I did have were addressed very quickly). Maintenance team is great, good community, the location is superb (restaurants, some bars & grills, movie theatre, supermarket nearby, community pool & gym, and more), a very safe area and cozy location overall.
