Honest Review from a Tenant Who Just Moved Out Pros 1) Price - affordable for the area. Apts are pretty decent sized for the price as well 2) Location - near just about anything you might need. Grocery stores, restaurants, and nightlife are a 5 min drive at most 3) Maintenance - usually will respond the same day, the next day at latest Cons 1) Neighbors - some are great, others are awful. I used to live there. Had a lot of maintenance problems, and now I am getting a bill from them three years later, and I think it's just because they did not want to give me my deposit back so they come up with anything. Just rent from a private owner everyone

I hate this place so much. I can’t wait until my lease ends. If they try to move you near the dog park, don’t do it. The clowns here literally will have their dogs out all times of night just BARKING. I haven’t had a fulls nights rest since I’ve been here. 2) the mail room. I’ve had a package stolen because you have to dig into bins to get your packages. Not secure at all 3) only good thing is maintenance but I would stay away from MAA anything.
