Demitrius was very informative and friendly, he gave me a great tour of the complex while answering all my questions.
Only worth considering as a last resort if you’re drawn in by the move-in specials or low requirements. The leasing consultants are friendly but nearly impossible to reach unless you go in person. The property has gone downhill with new tenants—trash is everywhere, hallways constantly smells, and both gates are usually always broken. The gym is small and outdated, and I even had to call the police once due to a neighbor screaming at 2 AM.
