Went on an apartment tour led by Demitrius who was super helpful. He answered all our questions and made us feel very taken care of. Being an energy person, I felt comfortable upon arrival and instantly knew that the apartment felt like some place I can call a future home. Looking forward to starting the process of moving into our new loft soon!
I just moved into the MAA Stratford building and I couldn’t be happier. The property itself (pool, gym, gardens) is amazing let alone the huge modern units. My leasing agent, Dimitrius, was a more than great help and made the entire process extremely easy, especially since I moved from Toronto, huge shoutout to him!!! The property manager Kathleen is very sweet and helped me with whatever I needed. Looking forward to my new home!
Trust me keep looking. Garage doors and elevators stay broken, False fire alarms and the list just goes on.
Location is convenient if you work in Buckhead, also nice that it’s right next to MARTA. However, here’s a few things to consider: 1. Throughout my 2 years living here, almost every month there’d be at least once that the alarm of the entire building goes off. On good days, it would happen during the day. But in many cases it goes off in the middle of night and you’ll probably just need to wait for awhile before it stops. 2. Elevator is often out of service.
