Flees! Roaches! Bed bugs! Mold! They tried to cover up with writing their own fake good reviews but it's all BS keep scrolling and you will see one girl had fleas! And I had bedbugs and they tried to say I brought them there when it was the unit the entire time I had to pay thousands of dollars for an exterminator I couldn't even live in my apartment for the first three months!!! Not to mention the roaches run for your life!!!!! This place is roached out!!! 🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳🪳
If you Don't like ROACHES 🪳🪳🪳🪳 and mold do not Move here!!!! I stayed with my friend for a few weeks to help her get settled into her new place while her mom under went brain surgery; and you would think with already being under stress while helping her take care of her mom mannnnnnnn the stress that this place put her under I remember when she first toured the unit. Warning.... if I could give zero stars I would; I lived at MAA Stratford and my experience was one of the worst rental experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I moved in, there were serious issues with the apartment. When the weather got cold and I turned on the heating vents, dead roach particles and debris blew out of the vents and onto my kitchen counters. Wouldn’t wish my experience here on my worst enemy. Any type of bug you name it I experienced living here! Starting from the day I moved in I literally had fleas in my apartment off the move in. I specifically asked for a wood floor apartment, no carpet & have no pets at all for reasons like this and they still tried to blame me. Review 1: I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with this property has been extremely frustrating. The building’s only elevator has been out of service since May 26, and management has provided little to no communication to residents about the issue, repair status, or expected timeline for restoration. I live on the 4th floor and have an elderly emotional support animal with mobility issues, so climbing multiple flights of stairs several times a day has created a significant hardship.
