Charles did a great job servicing our apartment. Our cat really liked him.
MAA Skyview is a hidden gem. Overall a pretty quiet complex in a very convenient location. The residents composition seems to favor working families and retirees. There does not seem to be a huge student population which might explain why the complex is so peaceful. The maintenance personnel are second to none. Pete and Bud are always very polite and respectful and never make you feel silly about a maintenance request. Our unit was absolutely disgusting when we moved in. The drains in the bathroom smell like sewage, the toilet tank and the washing machine were caked in black mold, the dishwasher racks have broken and rusty parts, and the carpets are so dirty that I don’t think they’ve ever been cleaned. I used a paper towel to dab up some water I spilled on the carpet and it was black when i lifted it up! Had the greatest experience moving in Anna helped us all the way through making it so easy and efficient she was super friendly. The unit itself is amazing the appliances run flawlessly and everything was nice and clean when we moved in thank you to the MAA sky view team for making it so amazing.
