Staff so unprofessional and no barley and maintenance workers can’t keep help bc of the unprofessionalism‼️
Additional comment: In response to Unique Quality, I was NOT paid to give a 5 star review. Also, you are grossly exaggerating that the gate is ALWAYS open, it's not. I have not experienced the parking problem, but drive around for 90 minutes waiting for someone to leave seems a bit excessive. I feel VERY safe at this location, once I accidentally didn't shut my door all the way and it was like that all day. My neighbor almost never seems to lock his door. My Amazon packages can sit outside my door all day and still be there ... read more
Good morning Shoal Creek, The staff here are so pleasant and friendly. My experience so far has been nothing but enjoyable. It’s been a while since I’ve been to a place where when you meet them you feel nothing but positive warm energy and always a friendly smile
