I’ve been holding off on writing a review, but this seems to be the only way to hopefully get some attention and have things addressed. I know I’m not the only resident who feels this way. Overall, I really do enjoy living here. The building is beautiful, the location is great, and the maintenance team is awesome. They’re quick to respond and always helpful whenever something comes up. One of the best apartments in Orlando. Lived there close to 2 years but relocated due to job. The staff from leasing to management were awesome while I was there and very accommodating and answered promptly. The maintenance team was great, and attentive and concierge team was great. From a luxury standpoint this place is top notch. Id argue one if not the best MAA in the country.
Definitely a great place to live. I love and enjoy being here. Going on my third year love the staff from management to concierge. Everyone treats me very nice and with respect. Princess and Josiah are my personal favorites 🤣🤣
