I’ve been living here for almost two years, and I can confidently say this is one of the best buildings to live in Downtown Orlando! The amenities are beautiful—the pool, gym, social club, and common areas are all amazing. The apartments themselves are just as beautiful, especially the kitchens and bathrooms, and the location honestly couldn’t be better. What makes it even better is the people who work here. Luiz Siqueira, selling plants on Facebook marketplace. Told me to pick it up from here. Very unfair negotiation. One of the listing that I made a deal to buy from him, put it to sold out. The other plant I bought was INFESTED with gnats and came with root rot. He blocked me right after. Be careful because it can happen to you too.
I had a property tour today at MAA Robinson, and Ms. Lorian was incredible! She told me everything I needed to know and answered all my questions. I highly recommend touring with her.
