DO NOT MOVE HERE. I've been here over 2 years. A package was "lost" from the package room. The person from the office not only did not help but was extremely rude. She just turned around and left me speaking alone.
Jovanie was able to come out after hours for a water leak alarm to make sure everything was okay! Very nice and I appreciated him throughly checking everything even though it seemed the alarm was malfunctioning.
Carlo is one the best work maintenance in MAA. He did an incredible job. Thank you again Mr Carlos. I think MAA team manager is so proud of you.
We put in a maintenance request and before we could even follow up Carlos and Giovanni we’re already here fixing it. Amazing crew!
