So far all i can express is how grateful I am. Theyre just genuine and honest people that enjoy people and their job. Application & move in process took about 2 weeks. But leasing agent Craig was emailing me daily answering questions and making sure i got all of my documents entered on time and correctly. I finally feel at home
Lived here for a year while I was in school. Couldn't say enough good things about living here. It is in an ideal location, rarely has to leave the exit to shop for anything. The community itself is incredibly safe and quiet. Room was clean, spacious, and the amenities on site are fantastic. Staff also extremely friendly and helpful

I must take this opportunity to share with you a the exceptional service provided by Mz Natili Eang, an agent at MAA Riverside. I put in a panic call requesting a maintenance person to fix my kitchen sink. Both sinks were clogged, try as I might I could not get them to drain and water was building up. I have invited some friends and relatives over for an early dinner and fun. Panicking, I called the leasing office and spoke to Mz Eang. She immediately took action.
