There’s a major mold problem in several units that management has failed to address, despite repeated reports. The HVAC closets are kept locked, preventing tenants from checking for mold, yet maintenance claims to do routine inspections without ever noticing visible black mold. Management seems more focused on landscaping than resident safety or unit integrity. This raises serious concerns about habitability, tenant rights, and the well-being of residents — especially those with health conditions or disabilities.

Management hires the cheapest vendors they can find to carry out repairs and the results are predictable - terrible. Because of the poor management they are now accepting residents that would never have been accepted in the past. Again the results are predictably - common areas filled with litter and pet waste. As I am writing this review my walls are being rattled by another resident’s stereo. Take my advice, do not live here. Counting the days until my lease is up and I can escape this hell.
Tony is truly one of the best maintenance professionals I’ve ever met! He’s reliable, knowledgeable, and always shows up with a great attitude. Every time I’ve had an issue, Tony responded quickly and made sure the job was done right the first time. He goes above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly and treats every resident with respect and kindness. You can tell he genuinely cares about the community and takes pride in his work. Maa Post Riverside is lucky to have someone like Tony on their team!
Just took a visit to MAA Riverside! The ambiance of the community is amazing. I was not expecting it to be so cozy and welcoming. The rates are very reasonable considering all the property has to offer. They have a self car wash station as well as a secret garden where you have your own plot and can grown your own vegetables! The units are nice and big, some even come with their own garage. It’s a must to visit this property if you are looking to rent in the Atlanta area without having to deal with Atlanta crime and traffic.... read more
