I have had the pleasure of working with Eder Berber recently. Unfortunately, the unit we loved had unexpected renovation delays, so we had to look at other options. However, Eder’s professionalism throughout the process was truly outstanding. He is soft-spoken, friendly, and was always reachable by phone or email whenever we needed him. We are sad to miss out on staying at River Place this time, but we highly recommend Eder and look forward to working with him again in the future!
I lived here for 5 years and it is awesome! So quiet. Safe. Maintenance fixes everything so fast! I love it!!!!!! We would have signed another year, but we got pregnant and bought a house. I truly loved our time here.
Gym AC is always off
This is a great community with friendly neighbors and staff! The maintenance team is on point always! The staff in the front office is professional. I would have given 5 stars, but can't! I have few problems, pool is almost ever open. This community has 2 pools on site. Plus we have single pane windows and we can feel the heat from outside when we have the ac at 75°F. Other than that, this is a beautiful place to raise a family and a single person too.
Overall, this is a great community with friendly neighbors and children here feel safe enough to play outside. The maintenance is extremely responsive. The apartment is nicely updated. I did knock off one star because the pools are normally closed or dirty when I try to access them such as today. Also, the single pain windows on the second story are costing me a fortune on electricity bill even though I set the temperature to 75 during the day.
