I would HIGHLY recommend this apartment complex!! The MAA Promenade was a great spot! The clubhouse, gym, and pool were great benefits, and the community itself was peaceful and clean. Serena and Melody at the leasing office were always friendly and able to help. Jeremy and Mayra were very helpful and understanding when problems arose, and the maintenance team were on top of resident requests.
Melody and Serena are always incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their kindness makes every visit by the office a great experience.
The amenities are always in great shape and the community is well kept. Lots of space to walk around and close to a lot of food/shopping spots. Melody and Serena in the office are super helpful and the maintenance staff James and Mike are always there to fix anything I need a maintenance request for. Definitely recommend this place!
My boyfriend and I toured here a while ago and we ultimately ended up at a different community, but boy do I wish we chose this place instead. Melody was very friendly and communicative throughout our whole decision process and we will be looking to move there once we complete our lease. UPDATE We are ready to move in!
