I've lived here for three years and just signed my lease for another. I absolutely love MAA Promenade. The community is quiet and well-maintained, and the maintenance team is super quick and pleasant. Same for the front office staff. Not to mention the apartments themselves are very nice!
Lived here for several years used to really love it, but recently management has gone extremely nitpicky about certain rules even going as far as walking around the pool, checking peoples number of guests and kicking them out if they have one too many people not allowing items to be on balconies that have been OK for years. It’s making the community feel very unwelcoming and like you’re constantly going to get in trouble for something small.
I recently moved into MAA Promenade and have had an amazing experience so far! Tori, Harley, and the entire MAA Promenade team have been incredibly helpful, welcoming, and easy to work with throughout the entire move-in process. They’ve really gone above and beyond to make everything as smooth as possible. The apartments themselves are amazing, and I’ve been equally impressed with the community as a whole. I've lived here for almost a year and I have thoroughly enjoyed every moment of it. All the facilities are well kept. The leasing office and staff are very responsive to residents concerns/needs. For example, I just entered several maintenance requests at once and within 48 hours Todd Kirk called us and had everything addressed the same day. Todd was both respectful and did quality work, thank you Todd ! 10/10 I highly recommend MAA Promenade UPDATE: It's been three years and I still love it
We absolutely loved living here! Property is always very clean and all amenities as well! Maintenance team was amazing and always super fast. Would recommend living here to other people in a heartbeat!
