My wife and I have been here for three years, and just renewed for a fourth year. We love it here. The grounds are well-kept, the area is nice, the amenities are awesome, and the staff are great. Even when we have had some logistical hiccups with some things, the staff listened to our concerns and addressed them promptly. My wife and I also recently looked at other apartments in the area just to see what was out there, and there wasn't a single complex that could compete with MAA Promenade in terms of amenities and pricing. ... read more
You have to walk a mile to pick up any package because they installed unnecessary key fobs that limit drivers from accessing your building, they leave caution tape around the complex for over a month, and they completely over charge for below average living. They’re charging city prices for the suburbs.
I lived on the third floor of the complex for four years. I had an overall wonderful experience. This building is Quiet, minus the high way noise, but a good fan or white noise machine worked fine and it depends on the direction you face. Maintenance requests were prompt and taken seriously. Tori is amazing, we toured nearly 10 complex’s in one day and she was the first person to be fully knowledgeable and super personable. It’s a month later, we just picked up our keys from her! Excited to be moving into a complex with such an incredible management team.
I would NOT recommend this apartment complex based on my experience. Management consistently takes little to no initiative in addressing resident concerns and always seems to have an excuse rather than a solution. One of the biggest issues has been the excessive noise from my upstairs neighbor. I can constantly hear stomping throughout the apartment, which has significantly impacted my quality of life.
