I lived here for two years and only left because work took me to another state. While living here my neighbors pipes burst on Christmas morning but maintenance was still there within an hour. Many neighborhoods in atl had bursted pipes that year. My only real complaint was the tub I had was scratch pretty bad when I moved in but their painted over it. It would stain red from atls water, but it was manageable.
Majee and Haylee are amazing, super considerate and get the job done every time. The maintenance team is also on point and come in a timely manner, they are super helpful especially Teek
alteek is by far the best maintenance man he fixes this fast and makes sure it’s done perfectly he is really nice and polite
the maintenance guy alteek is very nice and does a awesome job i love his attitude and he really seems like he loves his job
Majee is great. Very professional. Beautiful community in a great location.
