MAA Parkside has been such a pleasure to call home so far in the process of moving in! The staff is so communicative and helpful, especially Mariel, who never makes it an issue to reach her or gain insightful information. The transition to Parkside has been a pleasant one to say the least so far and I’m so grateful for all of the help I’ve received from them.
We recently moved into this complex so as we have been unpacking, a couple repairs here and there have come up. Luke has been so consistently helpful, arriving almost immediately after I place maintenance requests and always fixing the problem in a professional and timely manner. Of course we hope that nothing else needs repair but we know Luke will be there when we need it!
When I say Mariel is one of the most amazing and helpful individuals! It is a complete understatement. This lovely women helped me from start to finish. She made sure I found the right unit. When it was available for a later date she helped me accommodate to process while waiting for move in date. The location is amazing with wonderful views. I am beyond grateful to this wonderful woman!
