I've lived here for a while now and would like to compliment Mariel in the front office, she is always welcoming and eager to help with any question, request, or concern. You really can't beat this area right on lake Eola, and having people who care about their residents working in the office truly makes a difference in my day to day life here.
My wife and I toured Parkside with Mariel and were surprised at how walkable the location is to everything in Downtown. Thank you Mariel for taking the time to answer all of our questions, highly recommend asking for her in the office!

What a beautiful location. We were in the area looking at apartments for our daughter this past week and had the friendliest encounter with Mariel! The food trucks that were happening the night we came out were so delicious too, it’s really nice that they have these for residents.
