Thank you, Raul, for being nice enough to put everything back together in my apartment and leaving it much better than I left it. You went the extra mile, and it showed. Thanks to Luke and the team at the office always looking out for me and my neighbor's! I feel like I’m in great hands with this team!
I’ll start by saying that the building is in a great location and has beautiful views of lake eola. Management is good and maintenance is usually pretty quick. However, there are a number of issues that come with the age of the building, the main one being the AC system. I’ve lived here for a number of years now and continue to have issues with the AC going out. On this occasion an entire building has been without AC for four days now (during the summer months) and the AC only continues to get hotter.
