Mariel, the Leasing Consultant, Amanda, the Assistant Property Manager, and Raul, the Property Maintenance Technician, are attentive, friendly, and excellent at their jobs! The MAA Parkside staff go above and beyond for their Downtown Orlando residents, every time 🙂
When something needs to be repaired in my apartment Raúl comes to my rescue. His quality of work and his demeanor clearly shows me that he has my back. Whenever it is time to renew my lease, the maintenance department and Raúl are one of the main reasons that I keep renewing my lease. Thank you, Raúl, for your great work!
